When the newly installed PNP regional director, Gen. Benjamin B. Magalong, came to Abra, these were some of the questions he asked to the business sector representatives who graced his invitation for an open forum at Camp Juan Villamor, Calaba, Bangued, Abra on Nov. 9, 2011:
1) Do you feel safe in Abra?
2) Do you respect the PNP in Abra?
Fellow Abrenians, what can you say?

People have already stopped counting. Yet many people fall because of these Angels of Death in Two Wheels. Nothing, no reaction at all except the loud buzz of the fearing people of Abra. Is there nothing that we can do at all?
